Bryan Moore

Bryan Moore is a dedicated community leader, nonprofit founder, and municipal administrator serving as Planning Director for the City of New Carlisle, Ohio, and Co-Founder of Quest Youth Development. With more than two decades of social service experience, he works at the intersection of community growth and youth advocacy - advancing strategic development while creating opportunities, mentorship, and support for young people and families throughout Clark County.

Julie Driskill

Julie Driskill is a Co-Founder of Quest Youth Development with more than 30 years of experience working with teens. Throughout her career, she has served as a coach, educator, executive director, crisis line specialist, mentoring director, worship leader, and public speaker. As a certified Path Coach Trainer, Julie helps individuals discover their strengths, core values, talents, and personal sense of purpose.

Jennifer Jordan

Jennifer Jordan is a devoted wife, mother of two adult sons, and preschool secretary who is guided by her faith and love for serving others. As a member of the Quest Youth Development Board and an active volunteer, Jennifer finds her greatest joy in encouraging young people and celebrating with them as they reach goals they have worked hard to achieve.

Thomas Mangan

A retired Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager with James Investment Research, he brings decades of experience in finance, investment management, compliance, and education, including 18 years as an Associate Professor of Finance at Wright State University. A dedicated community volunteer, he has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate, educator, mentor, and supporter of numerous faith-based and youth-focused organizations. He joined the Quest Youth Development Board in April 2025, bringing a lifelong commitment to service, mentorship, and empowering young people.

Mary Bower

Mary Bower is an experienced educator, literacy specialist, and coach who works with Miami County schools to strengthen research-based instruction and literacy systems. A licensed Ohio teacher and administrator with specialized training in dyslexia, Mary has supported students with diverse learning needs from childhood through college. Her background as a licensed social worker and child welfare administrator brings a unique blend of educational expertise and compassionate advocacy to her work with young people.

Sarah Spradlin

Sarah is a lifelong resident of the New Carlisle area with a strong commitment to serving her community. Through art mentorship, she helps young people find a safe and creative space to express themselves, build confidence, and connect with others. Alongside her golden retriever, Tracer, Sarah also incorporates therapy-animal experiences into activities, bringing comfort, connection, and joy to the youth she serves.

Pat Banaszak

Patricia “Pat” Banaszak is a respected nonprofit leader and community advocate who has dedicated decades to strengthening children and families throughout Clark and Greene counties. As Co-Founder and longtime Executive Director of Family and Youth Initiatives (FYI), she helped grow a grassroots crisis hotline into a comprehensive human services organization providing youth mentorship, parenting support, education, workforce development, and crisis intervention. Her lifelong work reflects a deep commitment to empowering families and creating stronger communities.
