Quest Youth Development Center is grateful for the generosity of every donor who supports our mission. Your contributions help us empower youth, strengthen families, and create opportunities that inspire brighter futures throughout our community.

We are committed to transparency, responsible stewardship, and ensuring that every donation is used to advance our mission in accordance with applicable laws and nonprofit best practices.

How Your Donations Are Used
Unless otherwise designated by the donor, all contributions are considered unrestricted gifts and may be used where the need is greatest to support Quest Youth Development Center's programs, services, operations, and future growth.

Donors may choose to make restricted gifts for a specific program, initiative, campaign, or purpose when such options are available. Quest Youth Development Center will make every reasonable effort to honor donor designations. If a designated project is completed, no longer exists, or becomes impractical to fulfill, the Board of Directors reserves the right to redirect the donation to a similar purpose that best supports our mission.

Secure Online Giving
Online donations are processed through a secure third-party payment processor using industry-standard encryption and security measures.

Quest Youth Development Center does not store complete credit card numbers, payment security codes, or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

Tax-Deductible Contributions
Quest Youth Development Center is recognized as a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Donations are generally tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors are encouraged to consult their tax advisor regarding the deductibility of their contributions.

An acknowledgment or receipt will be provided for eligible donations in accordance with IRS requirements.

Donor Privacy
We respect the privacy of our supporters.

Quest Youth Development Center does not sell, rent, or trade donor information to third parties. Personal information is used only to process donations, provide acknowledgments, communicate with supporters, comply with legal requirements, and further our charitable mission.

Recurring Donations
Donors who enroll in recurring giving authorize Quest Youth Development Center to process recurring charges using the payment method provided.

Recurring donors may update their payment information, change the amount of their recurring gift, or cancel future donations at any time by contacting us or managing their recurring donation through the available donor portal, if applicable.

Employer Matching Gifts
Many employers offer charitable gift matching programs. We encourage donors to inquire with their employer about matching gift opportunities, which may increase the impact of their contribution.

Donation Refund Policy
Quest Youth Development Center greatly appreciates every charitable contribution. Because donations are immediately used to support our mission, refunds are generally not provided.

However, we recognize that errors may occur and will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
 

• A duplicate donation was submitted in error.

• An incorrect donation amount was entered unintentionally.

• An unauthorized transaction occurred.

• A technical or processing error resulted in an unintended donation.
   

To request a refund, please contact Quest Youth Development Center as soon as possible and, whenever possible, within 30 days of the original transaction.

Refund requests should include:
 

• Donor's name

• Date of donation

• Donation amount

• Method of payment

• Reason for the refund request
   

Each request will be reviewed individually and in good faith.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Changes to This Policy
Quest Youth Development Center may update this Donation Policy and Donation Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or operational needs.

Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
